Sean Buckley knows a great deal about boxing and even used to live in Philippines for a while so knows how hard boxers train and work to gain recognition. Sean said he is ‘so thrilled that he won the world title’ and Randy is ‘very dedicated’ to training and succeeding.

Also Peter asks Sean what his 3 key ingredients would be (looking to hire someone)to be successful:

Sean says there are 3 main traits for success:

  1. desire to be successful
  2. desire to take failure and bounce back from that
  3.  it’s not about making money, it’s about doing something you love and making money from that

Sean Buckley emphasizes how important it is to have passion and drive to be successful. He also discusses Spring Carnival and his thoughts on who to follow during the season! Watch the video to find out who he is watching this season!

We also hear from Rod Cedaro at Altitude Services which is part of the Ultra Group of companies. He has new altitude training facilities that all boxers should be looking into. Initially focused on horses, with 20 altitude stables with different trainers across Australia, the company is now moving into human training with an exciting altitude pool cover which enables athletes to train at altitude here at home.
