Hatley wins by TKO against Mundine in the 11th Round!

A great night of fighting presented by Big Time Boxing and Ultra Tune at Melbourne Convention Centre to a packed crowd of over 4000 people! It was a busy night, with a thrilling fightcard and great atmosphere here in Melboune.

Anthony Mundine vs Charles Hatley:

Mundine dropped to the floor in the 11th round after taking a huge right hand to the face, accepting defeat by technical knockout as his father threw in the white towel, having suffered significant damage in the previous rounds.

Former world boxing champion was gracious in his defeat, saying: ‘No excuses, he boxed well. Hats off to him, he’s a great fighter and he had a great game plan.’

‘I couldn’t tag him and he caught me early. Congratulations to him. I wanted to fight the best but it didn’t go my way.’
