What does Ultra Tune Australia expansion and growth trajectory look like in future?
What are your plans going ahead?
Ultra Tune won’t rest on its laurels. We’re number one in category for a reason. Once you’re number one there is only one direction you can go and that’s backwards unless you reapply your focus and aspirations to stay in that position. To that end, Ultra Tune is refining:
- Automotive offerings – we hope to soon be providing specialist technicians (of which there is a significant shortage in the Australian market) to the broader automotive category on a labour hire basis
- We are building and refining our IT platform, ultimately we’ll be in the position to white-label and sell that intellectual property globally to others in the after-sales automotive service business.
- With changes in national legislation which will level the competitive playing field for independents such as Ultra Tune against dealerships, I believe the Ultra Tune network in Australia will expand to well over 300 stores in the next few years once the COVID pandemic is behind us.
