Sean Buckley – A day in the life

What does a day in the life look like for you? Can you take us through a recent workday?

That is the beauty of what I do – no two days are the same. One day I can meeting with my executive team, the next visiting franchisees somewhere across the country – I like to maintain personal relationships with my “franchise family” – if they are happy and making money, so too is the company – a win/win scenario.

I also own a Thoroughbred racing and breeding stud (Ultra Thoroughbred Racing). We’ve bred and raced some incredible horses including Ms Andretti, Shamus Award and Nature Strip, both here in Australia and around the world. I take a very active role in that enterprise which I find exciting and stimulating.

Also, I’m very lucky having the flexibility I do – it allows me to take time to myself as the need (and desire) arises to spend time with my three beautiful daughters.
